THIRD PARTY RFQ / TENDER REQUESTS
PLEASE NOTE
We do not generally provide quotations relating to sub-contracting / third-party RFQ’s or Tenders. To be considered, such requests must be accompanied with a fully partnership agreement in which you are bound to, and names the ARENA GROUP as the supplier of the tender goods should the bid be successful. The agreement must also contain all the details of the tender and its specifications, and where applicable a representative of the Arena Group must sign and endorse the Tender / RFQ submission as required by the Treasury Regulations for Partnerships.
The Arena Group will NOT deal with unscrupulous operators and will insist on full details relating to business registration, SARS Compliance Pin, and contact details before we commence with any engagements. Requests that do not include full details, and that cannot be verified will not be entertained. This has unfortunately become necessary as a result of the many “fraudulent order attempts” we contend with on a daily basis and the unnecessary man-hours allocated to these tasks.

The rapid growth experienced at the time compelled us to register, which we did in the year 2000 under the Business Registration as a Closed Corporation named COMPUTER ARENA CC registration no 2000/048732/23 for the ICT divisions, whilst the professional services still continued as a Sole Prop.

I call and the guy was able to assist with the amendments. I have a refund of R300+ which was supposed to be made on the same month, upto this day, there is no refund made and no feedback on Whatsapp and emails. I attempted to call them again but no answer. The online shopping experience is all star however the deliveries and me contacting them endlessly to no availability nor answering/ late answering on WhatsApp is pure frustrating. I kept being pushed back to say my delivery will be the next day and this coming from the owner/ manager but after follow ups nobody answers a call nada nothing. My kids do not have stationery for their first day of school tomorrow due to the lacking interest of this particular business. I expect my delivery done today even if it's midnight. Edit: The stationary arrived as at 18th Jan 2024, with an apology however I messaged to say my order clearly stated deliver to my home whereas some other parents in my area received it to their home just not us, also a side note that I messaged these guys and ignored me yet again and cherry on top the text books that I paid for has not been delivered AS WELL.
