THIRD PARTY RFQ / TENDER REQUESTS
PLEASE NOTE
We do not generally provide quotations relating to sub-contracting / third-party RFQ’s or Tenders. To be considered, such requests must be accompanied with a fully partnership agreement in which you are bound to, and names the ARENA GROUP as the supplier of the tender goods should the bid be successful. The agreement must also contain all the details of the tender and its specifications, and where applicable a representative of the Arena Group must sign and endorse the Tender / RFQ submission as required by the Treasury Regulations for Partnerships.
The Arena Group will NOT deal with unscrupulous operators and will insist on full details relating to business registration, SARS Compliance Pin, and contact details before we commence with any engagements. Requests that do not include full details, and that cannot be verified will not be entertained. This has unfortunately become necessary as a result of the many “fraudulent order attempts” we contend with on a daily basis and the unnecessary man-hours allocated to these tasks.

The rapid growth experienced at the time compelled us to register, which we did in the year 2000 under the Business Registration as a Closed Corporation named COMPUTER ARENA CC registration no 2000/048732/23 for the ICT divisions, whilst the professional services still continued as a Sole Prop.
