We generally do not provide quotations for sub-contracting, third-party RFQs, or tender-related requests.
To be considered, any such request must meet the following conditions:
You must be an existing customer of The Arena Group or a verified client who has previously purchased goods or services from us;
The request must be accompanied by a formal partnership agreement that:
Legally binds all parties to the arrangement,
Identifies The Arena Group as the designated supplier of goods should the bid be successful, and
Includes complete tender details, specifications, and all applicable conditions; and
Where required, a duly authorised representative of The Arena Group must review, sign, and endorse the Tender or RFQ submission in accordance with Treasury Regulations governing partnerships.
The Arena Group will not engage with unscrupulous operators. All parties are required to provide:
Valid business registration documents,
A current SARS Compliance PIN, and
Verifiable contact details.
Requests submitted without the above information, or which cannot be verified, will not be entertained.
This policy has become necessary due to the increasing number of fraudulent order attempts and the significant administrative time lost managing such incidents.
