I ordered a grade one stationary instead of grade 2 in Jan the 4th if not mistaken about the date. I call and the guy was able to assist with the amendments.

I have a refund of R300+ which was supposed to be made on the same month, upto this day, there is no refund made and no feedback on Whatsapp and emails.  I attempted to call them again but no answer.

I am not sure if I am the only one experiencing this issue or if there are more people who have not received their refund.
