• You will qualify for one of our bulk discounted plans ranging between 5% to 20% of our normal retail pricing, in addition to our regular per product discounts.
• Can be utilised as a Fundraising initiative if you manage some of the administration as per option 1.
• We will assist with recommendations of best fit stationery items for your needs, or to suite your budget.
• We will guide you on the various options available with regards to the Brands and Quality of the stationery products.
• We will be able to ensure that stocks are secured for your institution.
• Option 3 available until Mid-January allowing you and/or parents to order anytime for those who miss the bulk order deadline. Stock availability dependant.
• All registered purchases qualify for a 10% discount voucher towards a mid-year stationery replenishment requirement. Available to use from 01 April to 31 August.

We have the following options available

• Option 1: School manages all stationery requirements between us and the parents and places bulk orders.
• Option 2: School Nominates us as the official Stationery Supplier and we prepare your stationery packs according to the school supplied lists.
• Option 3: School endorses us as a Stationery Supplier, and we make your school lists with optional items available online for direct purchase.

OPTION 1: ORDER STATIONERYS IN BULK

Purchase your stationery as a school, educational institution or parent body and distribute the packs independently to your parents / students / learners.

• Your school nominates Arena Stationery Supplies as your official stationery supplier.
• You provide us with your full stationery list (bulk list) or lists per grade, indicating numbers per grade required.
• Your school or educational institution places a bulk order for your complete stationery requirement with Arena Stationery Supplies.
• The school make bulk payments to Arena’s account and attach proof of payment and a reconciliation list.
• Arena Stationery Supplies places bulk consignment order with our suppliers.
• Arena Stationery Supplies supply your school or educational institution with your stationery packs in bulk on a predetermined date, and you distribute these to your parents / students / learners.

OPTION 2: ORDER PRE-PACKAGED STATIONERY PACKS

Parents or students (where applicable) purchase pre-packaged stationery packs according to the approved stationery lists supplied by the school or institution via an order confirmation and we deliver them to the school.

• Your school nominates Arena Stationery Supplies as your official stationery supplier
• You provide us with your full stationery list per grade indicating mandatory and optional items, as well as student / learner numbers per grade.
• We compile an order form indicating both mandatory and optional stationery items.
• Your school sends the order forms out to parents together with an agreed order cut-off date.
• Parents or students (where applicable) complete and confirm the order by indicating both mandatory and optional stationery items.
• Parents (or Students) either deposit their payments into the school bank and the school make bulk payments to Arena’s account and attach proof of payment and a reconciliation list to their order form, or Parents, learners deposits directly into Arena’s accounts and attach proof of payment with their order form and payment confirmation. Payment confirmation email must have Name of School, Grade and Name of Learner.
• Arena Stationery Supplies collects your school’s order forms on a nominated date and place bulk orders with our suppliers
• Stationery Packs are then pre-packaged per student per grade and delivered to your school or educational institution for distribution before the end of the current academic year.
• For late registrations, we will create a page on our web site for your school or educational institution where parents or learners can purchase their requirements independently. Pricing structure will however not be the same.

OPTION 3: BUY STATIONERY ONLINE THROUGH OUR PARTNER PROGRAM

Parents or students (where applicable) purchase directly from our website according to the approved stationery lists supplied by the school or institution via an online order and we deliver them to the nominated delivery address.

• Your school nominates Arena Stationery Supplies as your official stationery supplier
• You provide us with your full stationery list per grade indicating mandatory and optional items
• Each and every school or educational institution that participates in our partner program will have a unique page dedicated to their school, which will reflect information applicable to the institution.
• Parents or learners simply need to click through to our web site, navigate to the school’s page, and click through to their grade to confirm their order. The stationery for each grade will be listed separately for ease of use.
• Your school or educational institution sends out a stationery list to parents or learners together with instructions on how to place their orders online with Arena Stationery Supplies
• Parents or learners place their individual orders with us online, paying either by deposit into our account, or online by credit/debit card via a secure payment gateway, either PayFast or OZOW.
• Packs are either delivered to the indicated address or collected at the school by parents or learners.
• A delivery fee may be applicable, but we offer free delivery options depending on the order value.
