The quotation request facility is provided exclusively for schools, educational institutions, and related educational organisations for the procurement of educational resources and stationery, including requirements associated with annual Back-to-School (BTS) campaigns and other institutional purchasing activities.
Quotation requests submitted on behalf of third parties, or for purposes unrelated to educational or institutional procurement, may be declined at our discretion.
Quotation Processing Times
Please note that the institutional quotation request facility is not an instant quotation generation system. Depending on the complexity and the number of line items requested, formal quotations take a minimum of 2 to 5 days to generate and finalise. If you require an immediate quotation, please utilise our online store; simply search for your required items and click the “Request a Quote” button to generate an instant quotation.
