Choose Your Supply Model

We understand that every school operates differently. Review our three partnership options below to find the perfect fit for your parent body and administrative team.

OPTION 1: Institutional Bulk Orders (School-Managed)

Best for schools that prefer to handle distribution internally or use stationery as a fundraising tool.

  1. Nominate & List: Your school nominates Arena Stationery Supplies as your official supplier and provides your complete, consolidated bulk list (or lists per grade with learner quantities).

  2. Order & Pay: The institution places a single bulk order and makes a consolidated EFT payment to Arena, accompanied by a reconciliation list.

  3. Fulfillment: We source the bulk consignment and deliver it to your institution on a predetermined date for you to distribute independently to your learners.

OPTION 2: Pre-Packaged Stationery Kits (Hybrid-Managed)

Best for schools that want customized packs per learner without the hassle of sorting bulk supplies.

  1. Nominate & List: Your school provides us with lists per grade (indicating mandatory vs. optional items) and total learner numbers.

  2. Parent Order Forms: We compile customized order forms for your school to distribute to parents, along with an agreed-upon cut-off date.

  3. Payment & Confirmation: Parents confirm their required items. Payments can be handled in two ways:

    • Via the School: Parents pay the school, and the school makes a bulk payment to Arena.

    • Direct to Arena: Parents pay Arena directly via EFT, using a strict reference format (School Name, Grade, Learner Name) and attaching proof of payment to their form.

  4. Fulfillment: We collect the order forms, pre-package the stationery individually per learner, and deliver the customized kits to your school for distribution before the end of the academic year. (Note: Late registrations will be directed to a custom school webpage for independent purchasing; standard retail pricing may apply).

OPTION 3: Dedicated Online Partner Portal (Parent-Managed)

Best for schools that want to fully outsource procurement, allowing parents to buy directly online.

    1. Nominate & List: Your school provides your required grade lists, and we handle the rest.

    2. Custom Web Portal: We build a unique, dedicated webpage for your institution on our platform.

    3. Direct Parent Purchasing: Your school simply sends instructions to parents. They navigate to your school’s portal, click on their child’s grade, and complete their purchase online.

    4. Secure Payments: Parents pay via our secure online gateways (PayFast or OZOW) or via direct EFT.

    5. Fulfillment: Orders are dispatched directly to the parent’s nominated address, or bundled for a designated collection day at the school. Free delivery options apply based on the individual order value.
