 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I ordered a grade one stationary instead of grade 2 in Jan the 4th if not mistaken about the date. I call and the guy was able to assist with the amendments. I have a refund of R300+ which was supposed to be made on the same month, upto this day, there is no refund made and no feedback on Whatsapp and emails.  I attempted to call them again but no answer. I am not sure if I am the only one experiencing this issue or if there are more people who have not received their refund.

Do not understand the mere 5 star reviews on this business, it has been an elapsed time since the 5th January 2024 awaiting my twins stationery supplies from this company and today is dated the 16 January 2024, bearing in mind this is not an overseas delivery where one waits an entire month for your items. The online shopping experience is all star however the deliveries and me contacting them endlessly to no availability nor answering/ late answering on WhatsApp is pure frustrating. I kept being pushed back to say my delivery will be the next day and this coming from the owner/ manager but after follow ups nobody answers a call nada nothing. My kids do not have stationery for their first day of school tomorrow due to the lacking interest of this particular business. I expect my delivery done today even if it's midnight. Edit: The stationary arrived as at 18th Jan 2024, with an apology however I messaged to say my order clearly stated deliver to my home whereas some other parents in my area received it to their home just not us, also a side note that I messaged these guys and ignored me yet again and cherry on top the text books that I paid for has not been delivered AS WELL. Friends and contributors I believe that this is the most terrible supplier in the entire western cape rather take your chances with Waltons and pay a bit more

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration caused by the delay in delivering your stationery order. It is truly unfortunate that we fell short of meeting your expectations during this crucial back-to-school period and we deeply regret any inconvenience this may have caused. Whilst we had communicated a processing time of 7 to 10 working days for this period, we experienced exceptionally high volume, calls, and WhatsApp messages, and accept the lack of communications by our team as a shortcoming on our side. We will use the learnings to build a better customer experience going forward. In addition, we will also give feedback and engage with the school (for this new partner cohort) regarding unexpected challenges as a result of the changing in arrangements by the school.

We are ready to receive your School Stationery Lists for 2026. Please upload or email to be included and qualify for our discounted pricing structure.
Please note we are entering our peak trading and manufacturing season with a high influx of orders, we strive to process orders within 5 working days but due to the high-volumes, processing may take up to 10 working days or more depending on product availability from our manufacturers and distributers. Please also note that any orders for Textbooks and Workbooks are "Order / Print on Demand" from 15 November 2025 onwards. It could take up to 30 days for publishers to process and deliver orders. We appeal for your patience and understanding during the peak season.
BTS Deliveries commences on 17 November 2025. Please advise if required earlier in order notes. We are currently processing within 7 - 10 working days for items with available stock.
