Comments & Profiles: When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, along with the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to assist with spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service (see their privacy policy at https://automattic.com/privacy/). Once your comment is approved, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media: If you upload images to our website, please ensure you avoid uploading files with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Other visitors to the website can download and extract location data from these images.

Registered Users: We securely store the personal information provided in your user profile. You can view, edit, or delete your personal information at any time (with the exception of your username). Website administrators also have access to manage this information.
Comments: Comments and their metadata are retained indefinitely. This allows us to automatically recognize and approve follow-up comments without holding them in a moderation queue.
Your Data Rights
If you have a registered account on this site or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you. You may also request that we erase your personal data. Please note: This does not include any data we are legally obliged to retain for administrative, legal, accounting, or security purposes.
