Nominate & List: Your school provides a consolidated bulk list (or lists per grade).
Order & Pay: The institution places a single bulk order and makes a consolidated EFT payment to Arena.
Fulfillment: We source the bulk consignment and deliver it to your institution on a predetermined date for independent distribution.
Option 2: Pre-Packaged Stationery Kits (Hybrid-Managed)
Best for: Schools that want customized packs per learner without the hassle of sorting bulk supplies.
Nominate & List: Provide us with lists per grade and total learner numbers. We create customized parent order forms.
Order & Pay: Parents confirm their items and pay either the school (who pays us in bulk) or directly to Arena via EFT with a strict reference format.
Fulfillment: We pre-package the stationery individually per learner and deliver the customized kits to your school for distribution.
Option 3: Dedicated Online Partner Portal (Parent-Managed)
Best for: Schools that want to fully outsource procurement, allowing parents to buy directly online.
Custom Web Portal: We build a unique, dedicated webpage for your institution on our platform based on your required grade lists.
Direct Parent Purchasing: Parents visit your portal, select their child’s grade, and pay via our secure online gateways (PayFast, OZOW) or EFT.
Fulfillment: Orders are dispatched directly to the parent’s nominated address or bundled for a designated collection day at the school.
Option 4: Independent List Upload (Direct to Consumer)
Best for: Independent parents whose schools do not have an official partnership, or late registrations.
Upload: Parents simply upload their official school stationery list directly to our website.
