Quotation Requests

The quotation request facility is provided exclusively for schools, educational institutions, and related educational organisations for the procurement of educational resources and stationery, including requirements associated with annual Back-to-School (BTS) campaigns and other institutional purchasing activities.

Quotation requests submitted on behalf of third parties, or for purposes unrelated to educational or institutional procurement, may be declined at our discretion.

Pricing Policy

Arena Stationery operates as a fully online stationery store. Product pricing is published on our website and is available to all customers without the need to request individual quotations for standard items.

For larger institutional orders, eligible discounts are automatically calculated during checkout based on several factors, including but not limited to:

• Order quantity (volume purchased)
• Product category and supplier pricing
• Seasonal promotional periods, including Back-to-School campaigns
• Any applicable institutional or promotional pricing available at the time of purchase

Where a formal quotation is requested, it is intended to facilitate institutional procurement processes and budget approvals, and should not be used solely for price comparison where online pricing is already available.
