Online Purchases
Online purchases are afforded additional consumer protections under applicable South African legislation, including the Electronic Communications and Transactions (ECT) Act.
If you are not satisfied with an eligible online purchase because the product does not meet your expectations after delivery, you may be entitled to return the item within the prescribed statutory period, provided that:
- the item is unused;
- it remains in its original, unopened packaging where applicable;
- all accessories, manuals, and original packaging are included;
- the item is not excluded from return under applicable legislation or our Returns Policy.
Unless the return is the result of an incorrect delivery, defective product, or another circumstance where the law provides otherwise, the cost of returning the goods will normally be for the customer’s account.
Where eligible, a refund will be processed in accordance with our Returns Policy and applicable legislation.
Bulk Orders and Special Orders
Customers placing bulk orders are encouraged to verify that the selected products are correct before completing their purchase.
Bulk orders, specially procured items, customised products, and products ordered specifically at a customer’s request may not qualify for return, exchange, or refund except where required by law, including where products are defective or incorrectly supplied.
Our Commitment
Should you experience any concerns regarding your purchase, we encourage you to contact us before escalating the matter.
