• Supplier Status: Please note that Arena Stationery Supplies is not the school’s officially nominated stationery supplier. However, we aim to supply products that meet the requirements and intended purpose of the items specified in the school stationery lists provided to us by parents. All orders are processed directly with parents, and stationery is delivered directly to the customer, not to the school.

Publishers allocate stock based on advance bulk orders and distributor allocations. Order early to avoid stock shortages and delays.

• Workbook stock: Generally available from mid-November, subject to publisher availability.
• Pre-orders: Paid orders received before our annual bulk order deadline (30 October) are prioritised for publisher allocation.
• Lag-Lag Series: We are currently awaiting our stock allocation from the publisher/managing distributor.
• Order on Demand: Items not held in allocated stock may need to be specially ordered from the publisher.
• Lead time: Please allow up to 3 weeks for Order-on-Demand items, as publisher processing, printing and delivery may take 10–12 business days.
