Bulk Stationery Options Schools

BULK SCHOOL & EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION STATIONERY OPTIONS FOR 2022

We have the following options available

• The School or Educational Institution manages all stationery requirements between us and the parents and places bulk orders.
• The Institution nominates us as the official Stationery Supplier and we prepare your stationery packs according to approved lists.
• Arena Stationery Supplies is endorsed as the stationery partner, and we make your school lists available online for direct purchase.

OPTION 1: ORDER STATIONERY IN BULK

Purchase your stationery as a school, educational institution and distribute the packs independently to your parents / students / learners.

• Your school nominates Arena Stationery Supplies as your official stationery supplier.
• You provide us with your full stationery list (bulk list) or lists per grade, indicating numbers per grade required.
• Your school or educational institution places a bulk order for your complete stationery requirement with Arena Stationery Supplies.
• The school make bulk payments to Arena’s account and attach proof of payment and a reconciliation list.
• Arena place bulk consignment order with our suppliers.
• Arena supplies your stationery packs in bulk on a predetermined date, and you distribute these to your parents or learners.

OPTION 2: ORDER PRE-PACKAGED STATIONERY PACKS

Parents or students (where applicable) purchase pre-packaged stationery packs according to the approved stationery lists supplied by the school or institution via an order confirmation and we deliver them to the school.

• Your school nominates Arena Stationery Supplies as your official stationery supplier.
• You provide us with your full stationery list per grade indicating mandatory and optional items, as well as student / learner numbers per grade.
• We compile an order form indicating both mandatory and optional stationery items.
• Your school sends the order forms out to parents together with an agreed order cut-off date.
• Parents or students (where applicable) complete and confirm the order by indicating both mandatory and optional stationery items.
• Parents (or Students) makes payments to the school, and the school make bulk payments to Arena’s account and attach proof of payment with their order form. Deposits can also be made directly into Arena’s accounts by Parents who will attach proof of payment with their order form. Payment confirmation email must have Name of School, Grade and Name of Learner.
• Arena Stationery Supplies collects your school’s order forms on a nominated date and place bulk orders with our suppliers
• Stationery Packs are delivered to your school and distribution before the end of the current academic year.
• For late registrations, we will create a page on our web site for your institution where parents can purchase their requirements independently. Pricing structure may however differ.

Option 3: BUY STATIONERY ONLINE THROUGH OUR PARTNER PROGRAM

Parents or students (where applicable) purchase directly from our website according to the approved stationery lists supplied by the school or institution via an online order and we deliver them to the nominated delivery address.

• Your school nominates Arena Stationery Supplies as your official stationery supplier
• You provide us with your full stationery list per grade indicating mandatory and optional items.
• Each institution that participates in our partner program will have a dedicated page, which will reflect their applicable information.
• You institution sends out a stationery list to parents or learners together with instructions on how to place their orders online with Arena Stationery Supplies.
• Parents or learners simply need to click through to our web site, navigate to the school’s page, and click through to their grade to confirm their order. The stationery for each grade will be listed separately for ease of use.
• Parents or learners place their individual orders with us online, paying either by deposit into our account, or online by credit/debit card via a secure payment gateway, either PayFast or OZOW.
• Packs are either delivered to the indicated address or collected at the school by parents or learners.
• A delivery fee may be applicable, but we offer free delivery options depending on the order value.
