Please review the following guidelines regarding product selection, customization, and processing for your Back-to-School (BTS) stationery orders:
- Pricing Validity and Deadlines: There are no cut-off dates for placing BTS orders. All listed prices and products are available from 1 October 2026 until 31 January 2027, or whilst stocks last.
- Customizing Quantities: The provided school lists serve as a standard foundation. Please review and increase or decrease the quantities as required, or of specific items to align directly with the learners individual elective subjects and specific curriculum requirements.
- Brand Specifications and Replacements: All products are meticulously selected to meet your school’s exact requirements. When a school specifies a particular brand, Arena will supply it provided it is within our current inventory. If the exact brand is not available, we will automatically substitute it with a replacement product of the same or equal quality.
- “Value for Money” Alternatives: To help manage back-to-school costs without compromising on utility, we have included carefully vetted, budget-friendly options alongside the standard required items in certain instances, for your consideration.
- Order Processing and Delivery Timelines:
- Deliveries Commence: Back-to-School deliveries will officially begin on 16 November 2026.
- Processing Time: Due to high volumes during the BTS period, order processing typically takes between 7 and 14 days.
- Delivery Time: Once processed, please allow up to 5 working days for delivery during the BTS period.
- Potential Delays: While we strive for rapid fulfilment, occasional delays may be experienced as a result of unforeseen stock shortages from manufacturers and distributors. We will notify you promptly if your specific order is affected.
