Please review the following guidelines regarding product selection, customization, and processing for your Back-to-School (BTS) stationery orders:

Pricing Validity and Deadlines: There are no cut-off dates for placing BTS orders. All listed prices and products are available from 1 October 2026 until 31 January 2027, or whilst stocks last.
Customizing Quantities: The provided school lists serve as a standard foundation. Please review and increase or decrease the quantities as required, or of specific items to align directly with the learners individual elective subjects and specific curriculum requirements.
Brand Specifications and Replacements: All products are meticulously selected to meet your school’s exact requirements. When a school specifies a particular brand, Arena will supply it provided it is within our current inventory. If the exact brand is not available, we will automatically substitute it with a replacement product of the same or equal quality.
“Value for Money” Alternatives: To help manage back-to-school costs without compromising on utility, we have included carefully vetted, budget-friendly options alongside the standard required items in certain instances, for your consideration.
Order Processing and Delivery Timelines:
- Deliveries Commence: Back-to-School deliveries will officially begin on 16 November 2026.
- Processing Time: Due to high volumes during the BTS period, order processing typically takes between 7 and 14 days.
- Delivery Time: Once processed, please allow up to 5 working days for delivery during the BTS period.
- Potential Delays: While we strive for rapid fulfilment, occasional delays may be experienced as a result of unforeseen stock shortages from manufacturers and distributors. We will notify you promptly if your specific order is affected.

Good day. We note your 1 star rating but have no idea why? You do not seem to be one of our customers, and in order to improve our services, the least that you can do is to indicate the reason for the review.

Good afternoon all staff at Arena Stationery Supplies, I want to take this opportunity to acknowledge the excellent service, comparative pricing and overall outstanding experience I have once again had when dealing with your company and staff. In a world where complaints are the norm and appreciation is sparce, I feel it appropriate to congratulate you. At this time of year the adverts are plentiful for Back To School items. Your company is by far the most competitive, the quality is outstanding and the attitude of your staff and drivers is beyond compare. Thank for making my last two years of purchasing from you as enjoyable as it has been. You are all superstars and deserving of the highest praise. May you get your orders picked and delivered as soon as possible and you all have a safe and peaceful holiday period. Many thanks and kind regards, Jay-Nean Rixon Plumstead

I ordered a grade one stationary instead of grade 2 in Jan the 4th if not mistaken about the date. I call and the guy was able to assist with the amendments. I have a refund of R300+ which was supposed to be made on the same month, upto this day, there is no refund made and no feedback on Whatsapp and emails. I attempted to call them again but no answer. I am not sure if I am the only one experiencing this issue or if there are more people who have not received their refund.

Owner's reply
Hi Ms Dube. Our apologies for the delay in processing your refund. We certainly slipped up in this instance. An immediate payment was made earlier for the difference. Again our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Do not understand the mere 5 star reviews on this business, it has been an elapsed time since the 5th January 2024 awaiting my twins stationery supplies from this company and today is dated the 16 January 2024, bearing in mind this is not an overseas delivery where one waits an entire month for your items. The online shopping experience is all star however the deliveries and me contacting them endlessly to no availability nor answering/ late answering on WhatsApp is pure frustrating. I kept being pushed back to say my delivery will be the next day and this coming from the owner/ manager but after follow ups nobody answers a call nada nothing. My kids do not have stationery for their first day of school tomorrow due to the lacking interest of this particular business. I expect my delivery done today even if it's midnight. Edit: The stationary arrived as at 18th Jan 2024, with an apology however I messaged to say my order clearly stated deliver to my home whereas some other parents in my area received it to their home just not us, also a side note that I messaged these guys and ignored me yet again and cherry on top the text books that I paid for has not been delivered AS WELL. Friends and contributors I believe that this is the most terrible supplier in the entire western cape rather take your chances with Waltons and pay a bit more

Owner's reply
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration caused by the delay in delivering your stationery order. It is truly unfortunate that we fell short of meeting your expectations during this crucial back-to-school period and we deeply regret any inconvenience this may have caused. Whilst we had communicated a processing time of 7 to 10 working days for this period, we experienced exceptionally high volume, calls, and WhatsApp messages, and accept the lack of communications by our team as a shortcoming on our side. We will use the learnings to build a better customer experience going forward. In addition, we will also give feedback and engage with the school (for this new partner cohort) regarding unexpected challenges as a result of the changing in arrangements by the school.
